Shipping Policy

Orders can be shipped only in the Continental United States.
Orders must be placed by 1:00 pm EST for same day shipping. 
Remember, our products are shipped frozen and are perishable.  Please open pkg. immediately upon receipt. Our products are best kept frozen but can be stored in a refrigerator up to 6 days. Follow handling instructions for feeding. Failure to follow these guidelines can lead to product spoilage, which Correct Foods will not be responsible for.  All products delivered in a timely manner will be assumed delivered fresh and of acceptable quality.
If Canine Correct products are being ordered for a second party, please notify recipient in advance to expect delivery of a perishable item Confirm that the recipient will be home or at their office and that the delivery address is correct, as UPS will not forward packages.
We will make every effort to meet your requested delivery date, but weather and delivery problems beyond our control may cause delays. If we are unable to meet your preferred delivery date, we will ship your item(s) for delivery on the next business day. While we guarantee a safe delivery, and we will do our best to meet your requested delivery date, we DO NOT and CAN NOT guarantee the date and time of delivery.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order please contact us immediately via email.  Orders can be cancelled up to one day before the scheduled ship day. Orders scheduled to ship the same day they are placed can be cancelled within one hour of placing the order. After this the product is committed for shipment and cannot be cancelled. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been committed to any point in the delivery process. Orders cannot be cancelled because the recipient is unavailable. Orders that are placed with incorrect information (i.e. wrong address) that prevents direct delivery cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Return Policy

Correct Foods maintains the highest levels of quality and service. Your shipment is guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition. Our packaging and shipping protects your order, even in warmer climates. If for some reason the product should arrive damaged, KEEP the package then contact us to explain the problem. We will promptly contact you to resolve the issue. 
Please do not throw the product away until you have contacted us. UPS may need to see any damages. We will reship your order as soon as we have been contacted and the issue clarified. No refunds will be given for circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, being given an incorrect or incomplete delivery address or if no one is available to receive the package.
